Why not look good while losing weight! This winter is all about enhancing your style, look, and beauty. There is not just one trend everyone needs to follow…this season anything goes! So why not try a new way to apply eye shadows to make your eyes pop!
Before applying makeup I suggest getting a primer for your skin to even out imperfections and reduce shine. Why not use a primer that is a best seller and used by many makeup artists try DHC Velvet Skin Coat Makeup Primer.
Here are a list of colors that enhance each eye color!
Blue Eyes: Gray, violet, taupe, purple, deep blue, silver, fuchsia, turquoise, and green. Blue eyes pop with bronze eye shadow! Try Stila Eye Shadow Duo in Seafoam and Orchid.
Green Eyes: Red and pink tones enhance green eyes because it is the complimentary color to green. Copper, coral, apricots, deep browns, plum and purple. Try Stila Eye Shadow Duo in Promenade, Dragonfly, and Salome.
Brown Eyes: Green, champagne, bronze, gold, brown, blue, green, and purple. Rich golds and metallics really make brown eyes pop. Primary colors such as royal blue, crimson red, lime, and bright yellow. Try Stila Eye Shadow Duo in Borealis and Vieux Carre.
1. Bright Colors
- Nude colors are nice but bright fun colors can really make the color of your eyes pop!
- Try Isadora eye shadows in Shiny Lime, Electric Blue, Pistachio Green, Lime and Turquoise, check out this website on how to apply colorful eyeshadow (it’s amazing to see what colors work well together and how to apply them correctly). Mac also has some really great bright eye shadows!
- It is no longer tacky to have bright eyes and lips.
2. Smokey Eyes
- If you never thought you could pull of smokey eyes now you can!
- This Winter neutral metallics are hot and you can make them look more natural!
Techniques: Put a medium-colored shadow, a lighter shade above and a darker one on lash lines (Try a 4 color compact such as Beauty Addicts Solution). It is super easy to do and very sexy. To prevent your eyeshadow from flaking off and creasing prep with a concealer before applying eye shadow. Try matte on lids, metallics on brow bones.The new DO is to add color all the way up to the brows. Add Gold shimmer on the inner corners of eyes.
Check out some shimmery shades such as DuWop Crush, Bare Escentuals i.d. bareMinerals Glimmer Soul Sister and Bobbi Brown Brick Compact Apricot Shimmer. I really like all the Clinique Super Shimmer EyeShadows such as Blue Lagoon, Peacock, Lucky Penny, Purple Pixie, and Sparkling Sage.
3. Grays
Gray eye shadow is super wearable and sophisticated! For the daytime try using gray shadows with mascara and no eyeliner. It looks softer. In the evening amp it up with deeper shades and fake lashes.
Tips:
- Instead of black eyeliner try gray
- Keep icy grays sheer, opaque looks too powdery
- Try gray eye shadow with berry colored lips
- Try a stroke of gray just in the lid crease
- Try brown and gray shades together
- Gunmetal gray doubles as a shadow and liner
- Mix Gray and pastels together

Do you know cycling enhances your arousal!

Who doesn’t want sexy legs and washboard abs! Include this exercise into your workout!!
Pistol Squat

Target: Abs, glutes, quads, hamstrings
- Stand about 12 inches away from a chair.
- Lift your right leg and with right hand grasp right foot in front of you.
- Find your balance, then slowly bend left leg, bringing butt toward chair.
- Straighten left leg and return to starting position; repeat 4 to 8 times. (You may need to bring your arm in front of you to maintain balance.)
- Switch legs.
Make it more challenging by going lower!!

If you are having a Christmas party or simple making sweet treats for the family to enjoy make these low fat chocolate-chip cookies! Visit diet.com for other low fat recipes! 
Start to finish: 40 min.
Makes: 36 balls
8 tablesppons butter, softened
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (2 ounces)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white whole-wheat flour
1 12-ounce package miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2-3 teaspoons fat-free milk
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add sugar and salt. Mix until combined. Beat in egg and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat in flours Stir in chocolate chips. shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until bottoms are golden. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
Meanwhile, combine confectioners’ sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of milk at a time until icing reaches desired consistency. Drizzle frosting over cooled cookies.
Nutrition facts per serving: 124 calories, 1 g protein, 17 g carbohydrates, 6 g fat (3 g saturated), 1 g fiber

It’s almost Christmas time and I have the perfect low fat hot chocolate recipe for you and your sweetie to enjoy in the chilly weather! There’s no need to ruin your healthy eating habits during holiday season! Check out these other low fat recipes!

Serves 2
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3-4 tablespoons agave nectar (a natural sweetener found at supermarkets and health-food stores)
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 vanilla bean, split
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions: Mix cocoa powder and agave nectar. Heat milk in a medium saucepan over very low heat with vanilla bean, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk in cocoa-agave mixture thoroughly, until mixture is warn but not boiling.
Nutrition facts per serving: 215 calories, 12 g protein, 44 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat, 3 g fiber
